For my first photogram, I used different objects and shapes that appeal to me to create a self portrait. The photogram is made up of small circle and triangle shapes along with two pattern templates. When I made the photogram, I only exposed the templates for half the time, but I exposed the small shapes for the whole time. This created two layers, or shades, of white and gray. I used the circle shape as my focal point, and centered it around the triangle shapes. This is personal to me because my favorite shapes are circles and triangles, and I like the pattern that the template displayed. The emphasis on the focal point turned out to be successful in my opinion.
