The overall goal is to collaborate to best plan and develop curriculum relative and pertinent to our individual school goals and the needs of our students (ISLLC Standard 1; Function ). This will take an empowered staff, capable and responsive to the challenges this represents (ISLLC Standard 2; Function F), and as the leader, I will have to model the practices and behaviors which I wish to see in my staff (ethical behavior/decisions; reflective action; and self-awareness: ISLLC Standard 5; Function F).
