My Professional Development

Rationale

Context:  This document was written during my student teaching experience to represent my professional development and growth.  The experiences written about took place at Hardin Park Elementary School in third grade while working with Cindi Rainey.  I could write a novel about the learning experience that took place during this time; however, I have limited my self to only a few that are pertinent to the standards addressed below.

Impact:  These experiences will be used to help me be a better teacher, employer and team member at my future job.  I will use what I have learned from these experiences in order to not repeat mistakes made, and to better myself as an educator.  I feel that my student teaching experience has been a positive learning experiences were I will forever remember the tools, ideas, lessons and people that made all the knowledge I gained possible.
