The mission of the Career Development Center (CDC) is to educate, counsel, and empower Loyola students and alumni through their self-identity and career exploration process. A guiding principle is the belief that life-long career satisfaction combines an understanding one's self, as well as the needs of the world around us. We encourage personal reflection and intensive exploration of the job market through research and experience. The CDC provides the guidance and resources necessary to facilitate this transformative process.
