Week 2 Tip

Deleting Duplicates! 

Ever need an extra pair of eyes or dont want to go through the list to find any doubles. 

Click the first cell with the grey triangle at the top left hand corner then click DATA at the top , under data tools click Delete Duplicate, then press enter. 

This week I was relieved that I didnt have to use a formula (which I will explain next week ) there is a handy dandy little button at top. As an interpreter my time is my money and less time I have to do scanning documents the more I can enjoy life or get to more jobs. Its interesting because being a freelance interpreter has me thinking about how a lot of responsiblity is placed on me. There is no HR or payroll department. Yes I get the flexibility of my work hours but I have to consider the time I have to keep track of everything. Hopefully learning excel will help the process be easier and faster.
