Tuesday, January 23, 2007– ON LINE (These are your assignments to complete in lieu of a face-to-face class. They should be completed by the next face-to-face class meeting which is January 30th.)
1. Read Chapter 2 in the Sadker textbook.
2. Complete the “You Be the Judge” activity for Chapter 2. The activity appears on page 65 in your textbook, but please submit it online. To do this, go to the Sadker Online Learning website and choose Chapter 2 from the pull-down menu. Scroll down to select the "You Be the Judge" activity.
E-mail your answers to yourself and to me.

3. Complete the two online quizzes for Chapter 2 on the Sadker website to check for understanding: Multiple Choice and True/False.
Print out these two quizzes and bring them to class on Jan. 30 for discussion. Please don't email me your quizzes. :-)
Sometimes students have problems navigating on the Sadker site when they first begin to use it. If you have any problems logging in, locating materials or figuring out how to send your work to me from the Online Sadker site, please don't hesitate to call or send me an email.
