I would like to take this opportunity to say thank you to everyone involved in St. Charles Elementary. I am in my tenth year as principal and could not be prouder of this school. We have been one of the best performing elementary schools in Virginia for several years. We have received the top honor in the state, The Governors Award for Educational Excellence for three years in a row. This award exemplifies the hard work that the students, staff, and parents are providing everyday. This hard work will be vital as our students attempt to make their place in the world today.
