TaskStream offers additional products that support institutions in managing data and reporting. The institutional services offered by TaskStream are optional extras and are provided at an affordable cost.

TS Export enables institutions to export assessment data from TaskStream folio assessment programmes in XML format with associated data schema. These capabilities facilitate custom queries and reporting; the results can be FTP'd to a local institutional server and accessed via a zip file. This feature also addresses the growing need to initiate archiving of assessment data on institution maintained servers.

TS Import is a series of features that provide additional efficiency in configuring accounts for learning communities. These features include the ability to create accounts in bulk and to import demographic data and unique external (learner) IDs into existing accounts. All three features are supported by a process where TaskStream provides a template and guides your learning community to configure and deliver data for import into your learning community's TaskStream database.

TS API for Single Sign On is a silent authentication protocol that enables institutions to establish a direct link to the TaskStream site from another site that requires username and password access. Technical assistance and sample code is provided by TaskStream.

TaskStream WebMarker™ will greatly enhance your online assessment capabilities. The WebMarker™ allows tutors and assessors to view and add comments directly to uploaded work (file attachments). There is no need to download files or own the specific software application to open them. The learner can in turn view the assessors comments through a PDF.
