The TaskStream tools provide educators and administrators with the ability to assess individual candidate submissions, as well as generate reports that aggregate and disaggregate evaluation results to provide evidence for programme success and where applicable accreditation.
Through real-time tracking embedded in TaskStream, individual student and aggregate programme data are continually updated whenever work is started, submitted, or evaluated. Thus, the current status is always available to students, educators, and administrators/coordinators. The reporting capabilities manage, aggregate, and disaggregate activity and assessment data to establish individual, programme, and faculty success.
Likewise, TaskStream provides a monitoring, reporting, and analysis of data feature that can generate real-time reports at all levels detailing performance results and implementation status of projects. Reports can be generated to manage data related to project implementation and student performance at all levels.
There are four categories of reports available within the Folio Assessment Program area.
The Status and Activity Reports category includes the Multi-Programme Status Report and the Programme Activity Report. These reports compile a real-time summary of programme activity for multiple programmes, a single programme, a particular Evaluator, an individual student, or a group of students.

The Performance/Outcome Assessment Reports category includes the Performance by DRF Category Report and the Performance by Rubric (marking grids) Criteria Group Report. These reports compile a real-time summary of participants’ scores for a Directed Response Folio (DRF) by DRF requirement, category or by custom assessment categories defined by a Reports Manager.

The Form and Survey Reports category includes the Form-based Author Submission Results and the Form-based Evaluation Results. The Form-based Author Submission Results report aggregates and compares submission form reports. It also has the ability to aggregate form data from multiple instances of the same form used within a single DRF and/or across multiple DRF’s. The Form-based Evaluation Results report aggregates and compares evaluation form responses.

The Other Reports category includes the Standards Alignment Record Report and the Work Shared for Review Report. The Standards Alignment Record report compiles a report on the standards cited by an individual in a Directed Response Folio compared to either a target set of standards or the standards that were specified in the DRF template. The Work Shared for Review report compiles a submission summary and access to work requested for feedback. Both Author work and Author/Reviewer comments are readily accessible.

This data may include student use, student work submissions, evaluations and scoring, and successful alignment to standards. It is possible to generate reports on individuals as well as groups. Many reports can be exported to Microsoft Excel for manipulation and/or archiving. These reports can aid in determining individual performance as well as form the basis for formative programme/unit evaluations and institutional accreditation.
