Goals & Accreditation Requirements

AMS allows colleges and universities to state their intended goals, i.e

  • Strategic objectives
  • Delivery outcomes
  • Award criteria
  • Benchmarks

These goals are created within the Goal Editor and particpating areas are able to align their outcomes with organisational goals which allows colleges and universities to generate reports within AMS providing real-time summary views of how all the participating areas within your administrative domain are addressing designated goal sets. Drilling down to a single participating area (for example, QAA Benchmark statements), enables the AMS coordinator to view the specific outcomes that address the goal.

Accreditation

AMS is designed to allow institutions to liberate themselves and their institution from mounds of paper attempting to document a lengthy accreditation process. Administrators can effortlessly add detailed instructions and pre-established workspace templates to mitigate the burden of the process for faculty members. Online reporting enables institutions to readily share access with third-party stakeholders (such as accreditation agencies). Access to real-time data (including quality assurance/review) enables administrators and instructors to reflect, analyse, and recommend or implement changes for campus-wide improvement in a timely manner.

The AMS system incorporates accreditation body standards, criteria and requirements and organisation are able to map all of the work and courses against the specifications showing compliance. The system stores templates of reports that then need to be completed and submitted.
