At a Glance Reports

How can coordinators and managers have oversight on work progress?

At-a-Glance reports are available to AMS Coordinators and managers based on their administrative domain. The At-a-Glance Status Report provides a way to view a participating area’s progress within all workspaces into which it is enrolled. AMS Coordinators will only be able see content added to sections that the participating areas has shared or submitted for review.

The At-a-Glance Goal vs. Outcome Alignment report provides a way to look at the organisational goals and see the outcomes that each participating area aligned to these goals. They provide senior management teams with an oversight of all QA and accreditiation activities and show how work being conducted maps to criteria such as OfSTED's Key Questions.

Workspace Reports

The Workspace Activity Report allows Workspace Managers with report access permission to track participation and all statuses (e.g. submission, review status, revision status, etc) for each workspace. This report helps to see whether participating areas have begun working on various requirements and how they are progressing toward completion. Checking this report will give managers insight into whether work is being done and reviewed. This way, if some groups have not begun working yet or have not submitted by an appropriate date, managers will be able to intercede and check into why they have not made the expected progress.

The Review Results report provides a way to see the results of the review of the requirements. The results managers receive in this report depend on the types of review methods selected during the creation of the workspace template.
