My goals are as follows:

• Maintain a safe and supportive learning environment in which learning can take place.
• Encourage critical, creative, and reflective thinking among my students.
• Empower students to be a good citizen within the larger community.
• Encourage parent and community participation.
• Integrate technology in the classroom when it is possible.  Some subjects students view as boring.  It will be my job to keep up interest and accommodate many learning styles.  Using technology may be a way to get interest of the students, and also make learning easier as a visual representation of ideas.
• Integrating subjects to utilize every bit of time I have to ensure that my students will be learning and be learning in a fun way.
• Educate myself on diverse learners and make accommodations as necessary.
• Set high standards for my students and give them the necessary tools to reach them.
• Support students not only in academics, but also in his/her extracurricular activities.
• Be reflective and continue to develop myself as an educator.
