Attached is the Education for Employment certification credentialing data chart for OSHA's CareerSafe credentialing, National Retail Federation's (NRF) Customer Service, and NRF Sales Certification. It should be noted for this artifact that ethnicity was not available based on how the credentailing data is captured and reported in FCPS.  At the school level, the instructor's detailed records since the 3 credentials have been offered to Education for Employment students was available.  The chart was completed to the best of the instructor's ability for accuracy.

Attached are several 2009-2010 competency records from Education for Employment 1, 2 and Cooperative Education students.  They are completed up until first semester break, which is January 28, 2010.  The unmarked competencies will be covered during 2nd semester. Competencies from previous years have been saved annually on the school server, which is part of the student's grading and permanent record.  Before that time, competency records were paper copies that were kept in the FACS department until June and then placed in the student's permanent folder in guidance. 

The rating system for the competency record is as follows:

1 - Can teach others

2 - Can perform without supervision

3 - Can perform with limited supervision

4 - Can perform with supervision

5 - Can not perform
