Accountability  Leaders exhibit a mutual level of respect and accountability with others, understanding their role and expectations in every relationship.

Communication  Leaders take initiative in establishing communication with others, maintaining a persuasive tone, demonstrating empathy as necessary, and inviting constructive, actionable feedback throughout.

Inclusivity  Leaders engage group members equally, encouraging all parties to freely share ideas and feel a sense of belonging.

Facilitative Learning  Leaders value shared learning experiences with followers, striving to lead with others, not at them, providing a sense of equality and mutual development.
