WEDNESDAY: “Pacific Century: Reinventing Japan” in lieu of Ch. 19, S. 1..  Ch. 19, S. 2 and S.3 are due tomorrow.

 

 

THURSDAY: Ch. 19, S. 2 and 19.3 are due. How did Japan rebuild its economy after the devastation of WWII?

Why might the Japanese be grateful to the United States?  Why/how is Japan important globally?
