To determine and encourage ethical decisions, a leader must reward the intent of those being led as much as the results. Effective decision making, therefore, combines ethics, strategy, and management. A well-made decision reflects the knowledge available at the present with the goals for the future, never losing sight of the long-term vision for the organization. My works below give example of ethics and values, and how thought-leaders must utilize knowledge to make decisions.
