I believe that the path to success is through prayer, hard work, and prioritization. Success to me will be achieving my vision: a life filled with love and laughter, achieving my career goals and making a difference in the world, by making a difference with individuals. My personal and professional goals are a reflection of this vision.

1+ Year Goals:

Career

In the immediate future, I intend to begin graduate school at John Brown University, to earn my Master's Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Leadership and Ethics. I plan to move forward in my career by gaining a position which allows me to make a difference in people's lives by utilizing my education and experience. I plan to become more involved in my community through volunteer work.

Family

My family goals within the next year include aiding my beautiful Oliver in learning to eat, walk, and develop appropriately. My husband and I aim to help our amazing John Michael adjust to preschool and learn to explore the world around him further. As a family, we plan to grow closer to each other by engaging in more family activities, including biking and hiking around gorgeous Arkansas.

Within the next year, I intend to become more involved in my church by organizing community outreach programs.

3-5 Year Goals:

Career

In the next three to five years, I plan to forward my career by gaining a position in management, where I may utilize my skills to help others grow and develop. I intend to help my husband establish his own automotive shop, by planning and running the business side of the operation. By this time, I plan to be finished with my Master's Degree.

Family

My family goals within this time frame include placing Oliver in a good preschool and helping John Michael begin Kindergarten (and beyond.)

10 Year Goals:

Career

In ten years, I plan to be established in my career and aid my husband in growing our small business.

Family

My family goal is to maintain a healthy and happy relationship with my husband, and to provide a good example of spiritual and business success to my children.
