I am the current Foundations Representative of Kappa Delta Pi International Honor Society in Education at Walsh. Through KDP I am able to continue my professional development— meeting the sub-point of Standard 7 that states, "Teachers take responsibility for engagin in continuous, purposeful professional development." As a member of KDP I am able to attend free webinars as well as take part in open forums with highly qualified teachers and adminstrators. (File 2)

A second artifact is my ALICE Training completion certificate. I have gone through ALICE Training at Walsh to continue my professional development. All of the teachers at Wadsworth, where I am student teaching, have also gone through ALICE Training. (File 1)
