Mr. Hanna's Reflective Portfolio

Artifacts

First, I have drafted up a Classroom Newsletter that I could one day send home to my AP Calculus class. The newsletter correlates with Standard 6 because it is a way to effectly communicate with the parents and caregivers of the students in my classroom. The sub-point states, "Teachers share responsibility with parents and caregivers to support student learning, emotional and physical development and mental health." I want all the parents and caregivers of the students in my classroom to know who I am and how I plan to run my classroom. I also want them to have my contact information if they ever need to get ahold of me. (File 1)

Next, I took a screenshot of my Google Drive. While student-teaching at Wadsworth, I have become very familiar with Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides. The IT at the school created a Google account for me, so I am able to email students and share documents and slides with students and other teachers. I have also gone through a Google Classroom training session during the teacher in-service day at Wadsworth where I learned how to create a Google Classroom and make tests, quizzes, and assignments for my students to complete online.
