I majored in business administration with a double concentration in Information Systems & Security and Cyber Forensics & Security.  My objective is to obtain a career protecting the intellectual and/or financial assets of the country, government or corporations.  My studies, at Longwood, have prepared me to deliver this capability to potential employers.  I’ve attached a resume that will provide you a more detailed overview of myself.

WORK EXPERIENCE:

 

Sales & Marketing Intern, Red River                May 2014-January 2015

Liaison: Interface with vendors for various sales activities

Product Knowledge: Splunk, EMC, Cisco

 

In this role, I worked with the sales and marketing team providing IT solutions for Federal Government customers. I had the opportunity to meet and train with some of the top IT vendors in the Federal Government. I was able to get an understanding of how companies integrate various products to create a solution and then develop a go to market plan to sell to the Government. I was able to learn how sales and marketing plans are developed, participated in industry events, and obtained certifications from key IT manufacturers.

Customer Service: Worked directly with customers

Product Knowledge: Full product line training

 

In this role I was responsible for finding the right product fit for customers while maximizing revenue and customer satisfaction.  I was a go to resource for management at this location, due to my commitment to the job, sales skills, customer and coworker adaptability.

 

 

Coach/Desk trainee, Ideal Protein                June 2012 – December 2013

Scheduling: Appointments and classes

Customer Service: Work directly with customers

Product Knowledge: Full product line training along with diet process

 

In this role I was responsible for listening to customer goals and objectives for their weight loss. I would then present to the customer the Ideal Protein food program and process that would help the customer achieve their weight loss goals.  I quickly advanced to a coach trainee based on customer interactions, ability to learn, self motivation and sales skills.

 

Pharmacy Clerk, Leesburg Pharmacy                September 2010-August 2012

Customer Service: Worked directly with customers

Clerical Skills: Administered overdue prescriptions

Liaison:  Communication between customers, pharmacists, and managers

 

In this role I worked one on one with customers providing them with information about their prescriptions or other health needs. I would stock and restock prescriptions for the pharmacy and kept track of what was overdue. In this role we we’re trained on the HIPPA laws and privacy practices.

 

CAMPUS ACTIVITIES:
