"APA (American Psychological Association) is most commonly used to cite sources within the social sciences" (Angeli et al., 2010, p.1). In this section, you will find pieces of writing that will demonstrate the proper use of APA format. APA is a professional form of citation, which allows those writing academic papers to cite authors and the work they have done that is being referenced. This allows for those writing papers to give credit where credit is due, and avoid the accusations of plagiarism.
