At the beginning of each school year, I evaluate each student with a question/answer handout. The handout is anonymous and I encourage all students to be honest when completing the survey. The survey is a learning and preparation tool for me. It allows me to get on insight perspective on the degree of technology training the students all ready have completed and what they are needing.

Instructor and course evaluations for the Computer Information Systems program are completed at the end of the school year.  Students who are enrolled as Dual Credit Students with Mountain Empire Community College complete a course and instructor evaluation. Students can either chose to have the evaluation emailed to them or for those students who do not have email capabilities, will meet as a group with an official employee from the college and complete the survey. After a period of times the instructor receives a full detail of the evaluation results.

Career & Technical Education Completers Follow-Up Survey is completed by all vocational completers.  School divisions survey each student on the list of CTE Completers by phone or mail. Survey responses are then entered into an online survey form located at http://completers.coopercenter.org by students or school personnel.
