One hallmark of Loyola is the emphasis on building a strong community. I have had many opportunities to create a strong network of peers, faculty, staff, and mentors. In terms of the Student Promise, I have pledged to care for myself, others, and the community. This section reflects upon my first year at Loyola as I built community through my classes, my residence hall and student organizations.
