It all began on a retreat during Fall semester of Junior year, ten undergraduate students met in a room without knowing what to expect. The day continued with multiple bonding activities and late night laughs about stories we had from growing up. After that it seemed like we had been friends forever and could chat about anything. We would talk outside of class and would check in with each other about our internships. This retreat allowed us to bond and create a great cohort for the rest of the year. The reflections and assignments we did throughout this program gave us the opportunity to express how we were feeling and show our classmates and instructor what we were doing.
