This course provides an opportunity for course developers (instructional designers, authors, project managers, and instructional technology directors) to design and develop training that meets the needs of computer-based training and/or web-based training. Hands-on experience with personal computers, computer applications, and digitized media are provided through the laboratory component of the course. The goal of the course is to help you in the activities and associated steps required for completion of the Multimedia Instructional Design Process. Course projects focus on the use of technology tools to develop materials to support multimedia needs assessment and analysis, instructional design, development and implementation, and evaluation.
