NO TESTS OR QUIZZES THIS MONTH DIE TO ALL OF THE SNOW DAYS AND DELAYS.

THURS 2/16: PERFORMANCE ASSESSMENT, BUILD A HING JOINT DUE MONDAY.

I have emailed everyone the DRAs and answer keys that we will review this week. I have also included the powerpoint presentations from the publisher for some of the topics. I can not publish them here due to copyright, but your emails are password protected.

You will have a test on Monday when we return from break. You may use a 3X5 inch index card, both sides to put notes on for the test. You may sign out a text if you need one or go online. You  may type it and paste it onto the card. You may cut a piece of paper down to that size if you do not have a card.

I will hand out some additional notes in class on Wednesday, Feb 18th. 

Here is a little chant to help you remember the steps in the immune response:

Macrophages do their best,

Helper and Killer cells do the rest,

Helper T's TELL what to do,

Killer T's seek and destroy,

Helper B's say "crank those antibodies, boy!"

The antigen is fit like a lock and key,

That is the immune reposnse in your body!

The virus is dead, so you don't spend a week in bed!
