Rhythm was the focus of today’s music class.  From clapping to hand percussion to dancing (in a game called “statues”) the students were exposed to several different rhythms and combinations of beats.  We also practiced a bit of ear training where the students determined whether a chord (being played on a guitar) is major “happy” or minor “sad”.
