Felice's Background

Felice's Kitchen (August 2014-May 2018)   

 

 

Felice's, much like any business, has undergone many changes in the last four years. I have had the pleasure of watching it change, grow, and prosper into an environmentally sustainable and integral business in the eyes of the Loyola community and the RogersEdge community as well. When I began my position as an Artisan my Freshman year with Felice's, our brand focused heavily on roman-style pizza. However, moving into my second position as Shift Manager my Sophomore year, Felice's underwent a rebrand. This rebrand offered the community a new Felice's that now centers around our student-run aspect, where employees serve fresh, hand-crafted, quality food to our customers. Shortly thereafter, Procurement Manager became my third position at Felice's my Junior year. Finally, my fourth and final position my senior year; President of Felice's Kitchen. Just as Felice's went through its own metamorphosis each and every year, I did as well. With each new position came new challenges and responsibilities and a new set of goals waiting to be reached!
