Latin Convention 2004

JessicaBanner.jpg Latin Convention was held at Woodbridge High School in Irvine, March 19-20, 2004.

Glendale High Students brought home the following awards:
1st Year:  Tina Davtyan: 1st place 1600 meters
          Melissa Legaspi: 2nd place 100 meters
          Melissa Legaspi and Tatevik Pilosyan:
             2nd place That's Entertainment
          Scarlett Stoever: 1st place Latin
             Sight Reading

2nd Year:  Johan Tatoy: 1st place Latin Sight
             Reading, 2nd place Vocabulary, 4th  
             place Pentathlon.


Although we did not place for Scrapbook (Tina Davtyan), Banner (Jessica Gamez, Johan Tatoy, et al), or catapult (Toumik Asatoorian), the students did an excellent job.
