Collaborative Learning Community: Best Practices Manual

The group Best Practice manual and presentation exceed the standard for several reasons. The manual and presentation were a collaborative effort, but I was responsible for the group and project as a group leader. I was nominated by group members to assign and delegate the assignments and then collect the collaborative efforts of my group members to turn the manual into a cohesive document.
AZ- Arizona's Professional Teacher Standards
Standard 5: The teacher collaborates with colleagues, parents, the community and other agencies to design, implement, and support learning programs that develop students' abilities to meet Arizona's academic standards and transition from school to work or post-secondary educationThe performance assessment shall measure the extent to which the teacher:
Assessed performance 4: Demonstrates productive leadership and team membership skills that facilitate the development of mutually beneficial goals
