Sales Associate/Stock Associate

For two years now, I have been part of DSW Naperville's team as a Sales and Stock Associate. Originally just a seasonal high school job, starting as a Sales Associate, I have taken up Stock as well, stuck with it and have become a Shoe Lover at DSW!

Through these experiences, I have gained many valuable work skills. Some of my responsibilities on the job were to:

• Take in merchandise, following Position of Stock guidelines, Door2Floor, and PREPPED processes to properly display merchandise.
• Provide excellent customer service to customers.
• Handle sales transactions according to DSW policies.
• Use DSW Corporate directives to clearance and highlight merchandise.
• Use various internal systems, such as Shoephoria, Charge-Send and DSW.com to manage inventory, search and/or deliver the product to the customer.
