As part of Marmion Academy's LEAD program, I took classes in Leadership all four years of high school. As a result, I have read many leadership texts, and have participated and helped run many leadership "outreach" programs as well. One of these was the Marmion Adult Training Seminar, in which my partner, Eric Anderson, and I presented on how personality affects leadership. In addition to presentations, I participated in many other programs as part of my time in the Marmion LEAD program, examples of which include:

• Summer LEADership Camp: Over the summer, we put on a several day camp for students, introducing them to different leadership topics and ways to succeed. This was very challenging for me, as I not only had to give presentations, but help facilitate activities, food and entertainment for the duration of the camp.
• St. Peter's Leadership Training: In this program, we went to St. Peter's School: a small private school in Aurora, and introduced students to different leadership topics and self-success topics. This was a pilot when I was in high school, now it is a regular activity.
