2.  Summarize (suggested length of 1 paragraph to 1 page) your Learning Leadership Experience task by doing the following:

a.  Discuss the importance of professional collaboration for effective nursing leadership.

·        Focus on how you collaborated with stakeholders to demonstrate your leadership ability.  

·        Provide detail of how that collaboration led to success in that task.  

·        Expand the discussion by generalizing to why such collaboration is essential for a professional nurse to be an effective leader.

·         Refer to your Leadership Learning Experience course materials and task as needed.
