Overall most or all group members who attended the sessions completed the participant rating scale as indicated on the attached charts. Group members felt that the activities provided to them created a sense of overall well being, were beneficial to their health, felt they learned something new and would pursue the planned activities outside of the 5 session group. The majority of the group members felt the activities were challenging. All group members for each session consistently gave a score of 4, indicating that they felt the OTS leads developed a good rapport throughout the course of the 5 weeks. In addition the majority of the group members indicated that they enjoyed the activities, participated and learned something new.
Results from the therapist rating scale completed by the OTS leads also reflected similarities in high levels of group contentment, rating the majority of group members at a level of 4 or "very much". Group members contentment appeared to indicate high levels throughout activities that were less physically challenging such as with sessions 3, part II of session 4 with the use of iPads and Session 5. Over the course of the 5 sessions, group members all participated consistently and given scores of 4 or "very much". It appears from the results that contentment somewhat increased from session one to session 5. In addition, it also appears from the results that some group members were not sure of the safety during some activities, which may be an area to explore for the future if such a group was provided to a similar population in the future.
