Standard: II. Performance Indicator: a. design or adapt relevant learning experiences that incorporate digital tools and resources to promote student learning and creativity.
Performance Indicator: b. develop technology-enriched learning environments that enable all students to pursue their individual curiosities and become active participants in setting their own educational goals, managing their own learning, and assessing their own progress.

Standard II: Planning And Designing Learning Environments and Experiences. Teachers plan and design effective learning environments and experiences supported by technology
Performance Indicator A: Design developmentally appropriate learning opportunities that apply technology-enhanced instructional strategies to support the diverse needs of learners.
Performance Indicator B: Apply current research on teaching and learning with technology when planning learning environments and experiences.
Performance Indicator C: Identify and locate technology resources and evaluate them for accuracy and suitability.
Performance Indicator D: Plan for the management of technology resources within the context of learning activities.
Performance Indicator E: Plan strategies to manage student learning in a technology-enhanced environment.

This assignment meets the following requirements because it effectively incorporates different types of technology tools into a lesson, so as to engage students with different learning styles, provide a multimedia environment, and expand the technological capabilities of the student.  It also illustrates that the applicant teacher demonstrates the skills to create a lesson, using technology, that meets current content standards, the ISTE standards for students, and the NETS for teachers.
