Performance Indicator: a. advocate, model, and teach safe, legal, and ethical use of digital information and technology, including respect for copyright, intellectual property, and the appropriate documentation of sources.
Performance Indicator: b. address the diverse needs of all learners by using learner-centered strategies providing equitable access to appropriate digital tools and resources.
Performance Indicator: c. promote and model digital etiquette and responsible social interactions related to the use of technology and information.

Standard II: Planning And Designing Learning Environments and Experiences. Teachers plan and design effective learning environments and experiences supported by technology
Performance Indicator A: Design developmentally appropriate learning opportunities that apply technology-enhanced instructional strategies to support the diverse needs of learners.
Performance Indicator B: Apply current research on teaching and learning with technology when planning learning environments and experiences.
Performance Indicator C: Identify and locate technology resources and evaluate them for accuracy and suitability.
Performance Indicator D: Plan for the management of technology resources within the context of learning activities.
Performance Indicator E: Plan strategies to manage student learning in a technology-enhanced environment.

This assignment meets the following requirements because it effectively incorporates different types of technology tools into a lesson, so as to engage students with different learning styles, provide a multimedia environment, and expand the technological capabilities of the student.  It also illustrates that the applicant teacher demonstrates the skills to create a lesson, using technology, that meets current content standards, the ISTE standards for students, and the NETS for teachers.
