Green Gadgets

Compost All

Compost All

Created by: Core77

Made: Unknown

The CompostAll should be a replacement for the home sink garbage disposal. Regular garbage disposals strain the items going into the disposal. Its like a standard garbage disposal, but saves disposed food waste in a removable container under the sink. It provides a convenient, discreet, and odor-free location for food waste, and since the waste is already mulched, the composting process has a head start. Its a greener gadget then a regular disposal because it doesn't let the water treatment center separate it therefor it doesn't have to mess with the algae growth. Its better for the environment and more sustainable. It may cost a little more but in the end its a greater outcome.

Abstract Expression

The Old Guitarist,

Title: The Old Guitarist, c.1903

Artist: Pablo Picasso

Location: Art Institute of Chicago

"The Old Guitarist" was created during Pablo's Blue Period (1901-1904), after a close friend, Carlos Casagemas, suicide sent him into a deep depression. The blind musician bends over his guitar in an attitude of exhaustion and hopelessness. Some say that he started drawing a women then stopped and drew a man, but it hasn't been proven. The painting depicts the miseries of the poor, the ill, and those cast out of society.
