The artifact uploaded correlates with this particular standard of collaboration with families, colleagues, and community because it is a letter addressed to the parents and caregivers of the practicum classroom that I was required to spend fifty hours observing in during my semester where I was taking EDU379. This letter addresses the parents and the caregivers of the students and a very professional manner while also being down to earth.

This letter appeals to me because it gave me a lot of information that I needed to know in order to write the letter such as, using the correct format as well as the correct word choice. I know how difficult it can be for people to communicate through letters and any form of written message for that matter and that is why I am grateful to have had the experience in writing a letter to the parents of my practicum class through the assistance of peer evaluations as well as the professor evaluating my letter.
