During the summer of 2014, I worked with a team of 19 other Ithaca College students from different academic and personal backgrounds to welcome approximately 1600 incoming first year students to Ithaca College. These Orientation sessions took place over the course of eight 3-day sessions.

To prepare for this work, there was an extensive two week training process that involved presentation skills, diversity competence, efficient interpsersonal communication, productive collaboration, conflict management, and small group facilitation.
