Context: This project was completed in fall 2007 in GS4401 under the instruction of Jeff Goodman.

The purpose of this assignment was to show that literature can be integrate into multiple areas and used as a resources to base inquiry activities off of.

Impact:

Standard 3: Elementary teachers have a broad knowledge and understanding of the major concepts in science.

Indicator 3: This indicator was met by studying organisms and their importance in the world.

Indicator 4: This indicator was met by discussing and writing about evolution.
