During my last year at Longwood University, I was lucky enough to recieve an internship in the IT department at airlie hotel and conference center. During my time there, I performed a vast variety of tasks including;(1)Server/Computer hardware and software maintence, with a number of separate softwares running in the system as well as old equipment, i was constantly troubleshooting compatibility issues and swithching faulty hardware in computers. After recieving a job following my internship, i started to take on larger tasks such as fiber optic installation, infrastructure management, and inventory control. I am a Longwood University senior double concentrating in Information Systems and Security, as well as Cyber Forensics and Security. My expected graduation is May of 2015. If any of this interests you below is my resume, it is the form i use that is gear towards networking based job opprotunities.

Accomplishments:

Installed, Tested, Maintained, and Troubleshot fiber optics throughout Airlie Conference Center campus.
Relocated, Designed, and Installed entire offices computer/electronic equipment layout such as computers, fiber transceivers, Avaya phones, printers, Saltos scanners, and switches.
Successfully wiped/partitioned/installed multiple operating systems, programs, applications, and hard drives on laptops, workstations, or servers from multiple manufactures including Apple, Lenovo, Dell and Microsoft to name a few.

Work Experience:

July 2014 – current – “Airlie Conference Center” in Warrenton, VA. –Summer internship assisting the information technology director ending with a IT specialist position where I completed equipment inventories, installed computer equipment, performed service calls around the Airlie Campus.

Longwood University, AACSB Accredited College of Business and Economics, Farmville, VA., Bachelor of science in Business Administration; Concentrations: Information Systems and Security, Cyber forensics and security; Expected graduation: May 2015.
