Materials and guidelines for the Humanities Portfolio Project

Humanities Portfolio

You will spend the fall semester preparing various assignments that will ultimately be used to create your Humanities II Portfolio. You are advised to keep all assignments and graded copies of all your work. It is in your best interest to begin to compile these documents in a binder so that you know where all your material can be found when it is time to prepare the final portfolio.

 

You can find rubrics for all of the portfolio assignments that are English / Literature related as well as those assignments that count towards both classes (the quote and analysis of articles, for example). Please use these rubrics in the creation and revisions of your assignments. These are the same rubrics that will be used to grade your assignment.

    Begin collecting artifacts that you wil use in your multimedia presentation. You can bring in photographs, advertisements, printed art, political cartoons, quotes from songs, essyas, poems, plays, and novels, etc.
