1st Task: Subject Specific Pedagogy

 

The Subject Specific Pedagogy task assesses the candidate’s ability to understand how information about a class is used to:

  • prepare instruction for particular subjects and content areas
  • develop and adapt student assessment plans based on the content
     

Please Note: This is the only CalTPA task in which the candidate does not work with actual K-12 students.

 

To submit this task:

  1. It is recommended you successfully complete one of the following sequences:

·         Sequence 2 (Student TeachersSingle Subject):

o   SPD 608 Exceptionalities
