I love traveling throughout the West and Southwest. The best places I've visited so far have been Bryce Canyon National Park, Mesa Verde, and Canyon de Chelly.
I'm a biology major and want to spend more time studying botany in particular after I graduate. I'm hoping to do research on angiosperms (tulips are one kind of angiosperm) over the summer, maybe at the University of Florida. I'd really like to go to graduate school in botany at the University of Hawai'i, Manoa. UHM has a great botany program!
My ICC theme is Inquiry, Imagination, and Innovation. I took an Ithaca Seminar called Numbers in the Media. We talked a lot about how numbers, especially in political polls, advertising, and health information, are sometimes misleading.
