The ASCD Online Materials are vast with areas of interest for all educators. You can access the online archived webinars with a visitor registration that is free. Just put in SUNY Cortland as your school affiliation and your cortland email as you register. Again, the archives are emense with great depth. 

Founded in 1943, ASCD (formerly the Association for Supervision and Curriculum Development) is a nonprofit, nonpartisan organization that represents more than 113,573 educators from more than 129 countries, including 71 affiliate organizations.
