Student Teaching Evaluation Resource Page

Attached you will find the new Student Teacher Evaluation (STE) form and complete directions in public document format (PDF) for downloading or printing.  

IMPORTANT

Please remember that once you open the STE form link, and begin to fill out the STE form, you cannot save and return. This is why copies of all materials have been supplied here.  All fields are required in the STE form. You will need the students teacher's name and Cortland email address as you complete the form.  Please be sure to put your name in the final comment box first and then add any additional comments as is necessary. 

 

Final note, remember that your information will be viewable by both the Student Teacher and Supervisor.
