You can customize the list of programs that appear on your home page. First, click the Customize Display button located on the right-hand side of your home page.

You will then see a list of your programs. You can click the Hide button to the right of the program title to remove it from the list of programs that appears on your home page.

After you click the Hide button, a warning message will pop up indicating that if you hide this program it will be removed from the list of programs for any role you may have been given (Author, Reviewer, Evaluator, etc.).

Sharing My Lesson Plan

Sharing my Lesson Plan

At some point, you may want to share your Lesson/Unit Plan created in Taskstream with others, or download a copy for review. The options you have are to:

1. Export as PDF. When you do this, all links within the document remain active, but any attachments are no longer accessible.

2. Generate a URL. The linked Lesson Plan keeps all embedded work active and accessible.

HOW TO: Find the URL for my Taskstream Lesson/Unit Planlink opens in new window

Resubmitting Lesson Plans

If a lesson plan is sent back for revision, as the student, you will need to make a copy of the lesson plan and rename it (you can add something to the effect of "version 2"). You can then reattach the copied lesson plan to your DRF and resubmit. The same also goes for Units, Rubrics, Folios, and Web Pages.

Printing Lesson Plans

If your lesson plan prints too small, use Google Chrome as your internet browser (and also when using a Mac), go to the print view of their lesson plan (click the Print/Export button on the top left). You can click Ctrl P (Command P on a Mac). When you print from the print view page (as opposed to exporting to .pdf), the font size is much larger. Youcan also save to your computers from the print view page.
