      Hire an administrator who will establish a comprehensive quality assurance and enhancement system for all SCPS programs. Administrator will be responsible for monitoring both components (online and in-class) of SCPS courses ensuring that the set academic standards are upheld. This Spanish to English bi-lingual program will allow students to begin working on a college degree through an intensive English language program. The program focuses on providing the student development of a solid academic foundation while he/she hones mastery of the English language. The goal of this degree program is to offer students who have academic promise but lack the English language fluency to be accepted into traditional college programs, an opportunity to acquire an associates degree while gaining language mastery. Upon completion, the student may decide to continue his/her higher education or pursue other career options.

A commitment to non-credit professional and personal development programs offers Manhattan College an opportunity to expand its brand awareness, open new markets and revenue streams, deepen alumni relations, expand corporate relationships and build new business partnerships, partner with professional associations and establish a platform for lifelong learning.

Hire a Recruitment Professional. Also upgrade recruitment tools (including promotional items) The School has outgrown its current recruitment arrangement. Due to program growth and changing market, it has become necessary to restructure in order to meet new goals.
