Administrative Goals

Goal
GoalMapping
Use the Office of Institutional Effectiveness website to publish Institutional Information (i.e. number of Completers by major, etc.) that would be of use to the College Community. With this information in a central location, the number of requests for these types of reports would decrease leading to a more efficient use of time for other projects.

Facilitate communication between key departments, including Admissions, Registrar, ITS, Financial Aid, to ensure that each department's data is accurate and ready for dissemination and reporting in advance of the Census Days (October 1st and March 1st).

Make better use of our increasing repertoire of tools and technology(Rapid Insight Veera, Tableau, R Studio) to make our processes more efficient and reports more effective.
