Engage with the community internally and externally, supporting career and professional development (research, conferences). Continue to develop our resources, processes and culture to support

      the recruitment, retention, and development of a strong and diverse

      faculty and staff. Elements to be considered include the number of

      faculty and staff relative to growth of the college, professional

      development and growth, fostering an empowerment environment,

      mentoring, and diligence regarding refining and following processes.
