Administrative Goals

Goal

Increase communication between Office of Institutional Effectiveness and Institution. Provide education on use of Taskstream Software as a tool to help support assessment methods across the college
 
Use available tools such as TeamDynamix, Qualtrics, and other tools/software to develop and streamline Taskstream AMS and LAT support requests and continually gain feedback to increase efficiency .
 
Support School and program level accreditation by assisting in implementation of technology tool to help streamline accreditation processes.
 
Continue to support programs engaged in on-going effective assessment processes. Help support implementation of assessment best practices for programs and departments who find assessment challenging.
 
Support faculty in learning technologies that will help support assessment and accreditation practices, Taskstream and Argos.

                        Schedule Workshops for Students Faculty, Admin and Staff
Expected Results: 50% Increase in request in meetings to discuss implementing Taskstream in courses or programs.

                        Increase in number of Taskstream workshops for faculty and students.

Expected Results: Decrease number of support request via phone. MC Taskstream users will have resources available that can help guide them through steps needed to successfully navigate software to independently accomplish tasks in Taskstream.

                        Use Qualtrics to track taskstream student and faculty account creation request.
Expected Results: Form will help identify areas of need for each dept, program or course interested in using LAT for student learning.
Details/Description: Faculty interested in implementing taskstream will complete form. Office of assessment can then follow up with faculty member to discuss plan for implementation
 
Implement tools to support School and Program Level Accrediation
Support School and program level accreditation by assisting in implementation of technology tool to help streamline accreditation processes.
